Minecraft Bedrock Adventures (iPad/Tablet/Console)

Grades K-2; 3-4

In our other most popular course for this age group, campers play and create together on a safe, secure Minecraft realm in the digital sandbox that is Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and join from any type of device. Campers will create custom Ender Dragon themed mazes, Star Wars themed reverse droppers to fly through, learn basic redstone and code and much more! This class offers huge thrills AND education alike as students explore their inner Michaelangelo in a STEAM format perfect for Minecraft lovers and can finally do so from any type of device!!

Minecraft Level Design & Engineering

Grades 1-2; 3-5

In our most popular class for this age group, students learn the ins and outs of level design and game design while learning to engineer in Minecraft by using Red Stone. Students even learn basic code commands too! This class offers thrills AND education alike as students explore their inner Da Vinci in a STEM format perfect for Minecraft lovers!

Adventures in Coding

Grades 1-2; 3-5

Students adventure through code as they begin exploring coding fundamentals by making games and animations using block based coding in softwares such as Pencilcode, Scratch, Kodu and more. No prior typing experience or coding experience required. Sculpt your coding muscles in this adventure and leave having learned to code!!

**LEVEL 2** Level 2 dives deeper into coding concepts and assumes prior coding experience

MathCraft

Grades 1-2; 3-5

Can you say win win?! MathCraft is the class where both parents and students truly win as parents get to watch their students thrilled to do math! This class is a must for any parents who want their kids to enjoy math more and learn math more deeply. Students actually build math problems inside the game of Minecraft, and solve them using our one-of-a-kind, amazing MathCraft program. CodeREV is currently training teachers across America in this program, and even presenting this ground breaking class at conferences such as the renowned ISTE EdTech conference this fall! Math content is scaffolded so students work with grade level relevant math to match age and ability.

Game Design

Grades 3-5

Enter the world of Game Design, where students build amazing games. Students create multi-level games and learn to use programming concepts such as local and global variables, and the basics of object-oriented programming. Roblox Studio Game Design(Micro)

Grades 2-4

Roblox is one of the hottest places on the universe to make games, with cutting edge graphics and new, amazing, game building tools. In our Roblox Game Design course, kids use Roblox’s built-in editor to create 3D worlds and then use the popular LUA coding language to code game actions, elements and mechanics. Younger campers use built in AIs and asset libraries to code their games without the need for text-based code. CodeREV Roblox campers also learn how to publish and share their game to the Roblox community world-wide!

**Level 2** Assumes prior Roblox coding experience and focuses on building more complex games, game actions, and effects

REV Robots

Grades 2-4

Students explore the world of Arduino circuits, robotics, and code! This class is incredible for the hands-on tinkerers and engineers of tomorrow who love to figure out how things work build either virtual or live robotics projects. We also focus on the code - as students use block code to code their virtual or real Arduinos and bots through challenges and as they wire and code their Arduinos to control motors, lights, sensors and more! students are also led through exciting challenges through Arduino virtual simulators or real Arduinos

Grades 4-6; 7-9

In this amazing class, students unleash their inner app development skills as they progress through the app development process in a fun, easy to code format. Students plan, design, and create their own apps that can then be run on the web, and can even be published on android phones and tablets.

3D Modeling and Animation

Grades 4-9

Think Shrek, Lord of the Rings, the recent Star Wars - what do these blockbuster hits have in common? They all unleash the power of 3D modeling and design! Let your child unleash her inner Da Vinci or Michelangelo, with this amazing class. Students learn to build 3D models of whatever they can imagine, and then perfect them using Blender's intuitive and easy to download software!!
